Terms of Service

Agreement. By creating an account or using Pi, you agree to these Terms with Sequoia Ridge Digital LLC ("Sequoia Ridge Digital," "we"). If you don't agree, don't use Pi.

Your account. You're responsible for your account credentials and everything done under your account. You must be 16 or older. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Your content. You own everything you store in Pi. You grant us a limited license to host, store, back up, and display your content to you (and to those you explicitly share it with) solely to operate the service. We claim no ownership. If you publish a skill to the public Marketplace, you grant other Pi users a license to use that skill as intended by the feature.

Acceptable use. Don't use Pi to store or distribute unlawful content, malware, or content that infringes others' rights; don't attempt to breach, probe, or overload our systems; don't misuse the Marketplace or other users' shared content; don't resell access to Pi without our written permission.

Third-party models and services. Pi connects to third-party AI models and services at your direction. We're not responsible for their outputs, availability, pricing, or policies. Your use of them is governed by their terms.

Plans and billing. Free and paid plans are described on our site. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

Service changes and availability. Pi is under active development. Features may change, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We'll make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes.

Disclaimers. Pi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI-related features may produce inaccurate results; verify important outputs.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sequoia Ridge Digital LLC's total liability arising out of these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination. You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
