Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 13, 2026
Who we are. Pi ("Pi," "we," "us") is a product of Sequoia Ridge Digital LLC. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Questions: support@getpiforai.com.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash) when you create an account, or your Google profile basics if you sign in with Google.
- Content you store: documents, skills, feed channels, chat summaries, and anything else you save to your Pi account. This content may include personal information you choose to include.
- Usage data: features you use, actions you take (e.g., documents created, skills run), and technical data like browser type, approximate location, and device information.
How we use it
- To provide and operate Pi: storing your content, syncing it across your connected models, and powering features like search and the Feed.
- To maintain and improve the service, prevent abuse, and provide support.
- To send you service emails (and optional product updates you can turn off in Settings → Notifications).
- We do NOT sell your personal data. We do NOT use the content of your Vault to train AI models.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored with Supabase (our database and authentication provider) on infrastructure in the United States. When you connect Pi to a third-party AI model, content is shared with that model only through actions you take or connections you enable — and that model provider's own privacy policy applies to what you send it.
Your rights and controls
- Export: you can export your data anytime (Settings → Profile → Export My Data, or export your Vault as an OKF bundle).
- Deletion: you can delete individual content or your entire account (Settings → Profile → Delete Account). Account deletion permanently removes your data from our systems within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/EEA, UK, California), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or object to processing. Email us to exercise them.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
Children
Pi is not intended for users under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We'll update this page when the policy changes and note the date above. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
